Size 10 1/4. Narrow circular section band transitioning to the spiral twist, with mild surface wear from burial. The rope twist is a motif repeated in Viking decoration, perhaps a reference to ships lines without which their conquest of the seas would not have been possible. Professionally refurbished with the gold overlay restored for contemporary wear. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity. Almost equally relevant for the modern sailor.
