Gilt bronze, size 5 ¾ with 2.6mm rounded face band, flaring at the shoulders. Oval bezel with well delineated figure of a horse, perhaps representing Pegasus. See Ancient Rings, Pollio p.67 for another example of that period with that theme. Surface textured from burial with the 24karat gold restored for modern wear. Gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
