Gilt bronze, size 10. 4.3mm rounded face band flaring to the shoulders. Oval bezel which is inscribed with a hatched medial, flanked by a reeded ground and a triangle. These ordinarily are cut with random marks to serve as a signet, representing the owner’s signature. This example has been inscribed by the owner or other amateur, indicating that the motif was not decorative, but probably mystical. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored. Jewelry gift boxed with certification of authenticity.
