Silvered bronze, size 10 3/4 with 2.3mm rounded face band, expanding to the graduated shoulders, in the Roman taste. Lozenge shaped bezel, probably cut with a figure or signet, now obscured by degradation from burial. Guiraud type 4. See Ancient Rings, p.62. Surface textured with the silver overlay renewed. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
