The period called the Dark Ages and the time span of these rings is testimony to the decline in progress of that period. Silvered bronze, size 2 ¼ for wear on the small finger, between the first two joints. 2.2mm deeply rounded band. Stepped or banded lozenge shaped bezel with a lattice pattern. See Ancient Rings, Pollio, p.104. Professionally refurbished with the silver overlay restored. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
