Silvered bronze, size 4 1/2. Broad, 4.3mm band with raised edges and recessed medial with a small raised segment with radial cuts, perhaps runes. Surface textured from burial with the pure silver restored for modern wear. Vikings exchanged rings on the pommel of the groom’s sword. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
